Oregon Athletic Bands Council The Oregon Athletic Bands Council (OABC) is a body of student leaders who support the athletic bands, including OMB, OBB, and the garter bands. The council meets weekly with the goal of promoting positive student leadership through open and effective discourse. Student officers of OABC are leaders in the band’s recruiting, promotion, and on-campus relations. Membership is open to all members of the athletic bands through an election process. Meetings are open to all members of the bands and the schedule will be published during the Fall Band Camp.
