Kappa Kappa Psi is a fraternal organization that promotes the advancement of college and university bands through dedicated service and support to bands, comprehensive education, leadership opportunities, and recognition, for the benefit of its members and society.

The University of Oregon is proud to have the Mu Pi Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi, National Honorary Band Fraternity. The Mu Pi chapter has a long history of supporting UO Athletic Bands, the School of Music and Dance, and more. Established on February 14th, 2010, the Mu Pi Chapter was honored with the Striving for the Highest Award in 2018 and continue to support the University of Oregon and its bands.
